Before this anime started to air I did a little research on it like I did with all of my anime in the 2013 spring line up and when I did I came to the conclusion that this anime was classified as “Moe”. At this point I don't really think the word “Moe” has a single meaning but in this anime it would probably mean cute young girls?

So the starting explanation or whatever that was is kinda weird and I had no idea what it means, actually I had some idea but definitely not enough. Anyway the story like a lot of anime with a fantasy genre is pretty creative, but not very informative. So… everybody is a dragon apparently and something about some of them can use magic. That's when our 3 mains come in, but I really think that the main is probably Leviatan just because she’s in the anime’s name, but the perspective of story is from all 3 of them. Actually I didn't get the title of this anime, wether or not to have Leviathan or Leviatan, or wether to have bouei or boei. The story has a good amount of comedy and stuff that I guess would probably be the main point to this anime, but like soo many there is a action/serious side to it as well. The girls do have strength and magic so of course they would use them and fight.

So the character designs are pretty cute girls in my opinion, you can pretty much see them as normal girls when you over look the whole dragon thing. The art for the environment isn’t anything special, except for the water and fog, those looked nice. The magic transformations look ok as well not too flashy and not too dull. The water and fire magic attacks look pretty detailed and flashy, the bugs move in a some what CG like animation also similar to the large black dragon.

So this anime isn’t really something that everyone would enjoy, I know that a lot of the people I know wouldn't find it soo appealing but it's a good anime at the least, so give it a shot and if what I’m describing sounds like a no then just don't watch it.

PersonaI Note: actually wanted to note something about the seiyuu (voice actors) in this anime, Leviatan’s voice hit me like a brick and I was like “WOAH ITS SOO FAMILIAR” the same when I heard Bahamut and Jormungandr’s voices, so let me break it down for you son. Ahem, actually there are way too many roles that they have in different anime, hmmmm I guess I would just say something like “yeah go look them up and shit”, so go and do that, looking at voice actors is actually pretty interesting and fun, its nice to line together different characters, my mind gets blown every now and then.

Rating: so far….. 8 out of 10.
